Percentage change

If you make charts, you probably know how to calculate percentage change: (new number – old number)/old number x 100. In Excel that would look something like (b2-b1)/b1*100.

If you calculate the change and the result seems odd, you can always double-check the result with Newsengin’s percentage-change calculator. http://www.newsengin.com/percentChange.php
